Timeline for Getting Results

I claim that I can get clients results in three months, conditional on your starting point.

If you are underweight for your height, I recommend training with me for a minimum of two months to see visible results you can be very happy with.

If you are a normal weight for your height, I recommend training with me for a two to three months to see visible results you can be very happy with.

If you are slightly overweight, you have around 20 lb to lose, I recommend training with me for a minimum of four months to see visible results you can be very happy with.

If you are overweight, you have 40 lb or more to lose, I recommend training with me for a minimum of six months to see visible results you can be very happy with.

These timelines are very dependent on the client’s ability to commit to the program.

It is also dependent on your ability to be a quick learner and able to implement training on your own. I try my best to teach you how to train properly and leave you with all the tools you’d need to continue. If you’re a quick learner, you’d be able to continue without needing a trainer long term.

Of course, weight is not the only measure of progress here. It’s actually not the most ideal either. The reason I am using this is because it is the most well-known measure of progress, and thus makes it easier for most people to understand.
