I wrote this handy guide to answer my most asked question: "What do you eat?" and "What should I be eating?"
The answer to this is not simple. I eat the same things as anyone else, which leaves people even more confused since I eat out, drink, eat junk food occasionally, all while staying in top shape.
The question should be "How do you eat?"
The answer is I have a fundamental set of rules that I follow. These rules are backed by science, tested and tried, and guaranteed to work for anyone. These rules are not based on specific foods, rather these rules form a process. This is because everything you do, from your grocery shopping to an unexpected dinner at a new restaurant is tied together to bring a result.
In this book I provide answers to all the questions you've asked about nutrition, some of which include:

No matter what diet you're following...
...the guidelines in this book can be applied. Do you follow a regime such as paleo, keto, vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, etc? This will work for you as it covers the "how to eat" not "what to eat".
*All the foods mentioned in this book are suggested, not required. I am not a Registered Dietician which is why I do not tell you what to eat. I tell you how to eat the foods you like to get the best results.
Not food in this book is mandatory. If there's a food you like that's not included here, but satisfies your calorie and macro requirements, you can use it.
